全日餐以「營養均衡」為出發點,使用高品質的食材與準確的調味用心製作。 內容為各式風味的肉類或植物性蛋白質作為主餐,搭配糙米藜麥飯、多種熟食涼拌蔬菜、半顆蛋。

 

We serve a quick, simple meal that crafted with the very best ingredients and delicious flavor combinations. A deli bowl includes: main dish, quinoa & brown rice, vegetables, egg, beverage.

#沙拉餐

冷沙拉: 以希臘式沙拉為主要風味,選用菲達起士搭配蘿蔓生菜與多種蔬果,淋上以初榨橄欖、新鮮檸檬汁、帕瑪森起士自製而成的沙拉醬。

 

溫沙拉: 以義式風味為主要風味,選用義大利巴薩米克醋搭配初榨橄欖油和香料慢烤,出爐後淋上香甜的巴薩米克醋膏。

 

Our cold salads are Greek-style based,  with homemade Greek lemon parmesan dressing. Warm Salads are Italian-style based, with balsamic cream dressing.

#果昔餐

有別於喝的果昔,我們的果昔碗是以水果與優格或豆漿打製成果昔基底,搭配新鮮水果、穀物燕麥片、綜合堅果、奇亞籽、蔓越莓果乾,可當作健康的早餐或輕食代餐。 

 

SOur smoothie bowls are made with fruits and soymilk or milk, and toppings with fresh fruits, granola, mixed nuts, chia seeds, dried cranberries.
